What do you need from me?
We bring the professional equipment, products, and power needed for your detail. If your service includes exterior detailing, we simply need access to a water spigot. For interior-only services, we bring everything we need.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and anything else needed for your service, you’re free to continue with your day.
How long does a detail typically take?
Most detailing appointments take approximately 2–4 hours, depending on vehicle size, condition, and services selected. More extensive cleaning or additional services may take 3–5+ hours. Once we review your request, we’ll give you a better idea of what to expect.
How do I schedule?
Submit a service request with information about your vehicle and what you’re looking for. Our team will review it and personally reach out to discuss your service and find a time that works for you.
Do you offer recurring detailing?
Yes. Our Maintenance Plans are designed for clients who want their vehicles consistently clean and maintained, with several service frequencies available.
What happens after my detail?
Our service doesn’t end when we pull away. Our team will follow up by text or phone call after your appointment to make sure you’re happy with your detail and everything is looking the way it should.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.
How far do you travel?
We’re mobile and happy to travel! SLC Detail serves customers throughout Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, and surrounding areas. Travel availability may depend on the distance and service requested, but if you’re unsure whether we come to your area, just reach out. Chances are, we can make it work!
